Our office team works really hard to make sure you receive all possible benefits from your dental insurance carrier. We try to eliminate surprises and make investing in your smile a transparent process. 

We feel very strongly about the high standard of care that patients deserve and will provide clear clinical recommendations and treatment plans based on your individualized need, regardless of your insurance coverage. 

We encourage everyone to reach out to their insurance carrier directly to be aware of their coverage and benefits prior to your first appointment. 

Insurance is a contract between you, your employer, and your insurance company. Most insurance plans will pay "out of network/non-participating" benefits however you will be responsible for any difference in fees on the date of service. We will not become involved in major disputes between you and your insurance company regarding deductibles, co-payments, covered charges, secondary insurance, denials, etc. other than to provide information for claims as necessary. 

We are out of network with Medicaid/Fidelis and unfortunately they don't pay any out of network benefits.
