Miranda Pawlak, RDH
Miranda graduated from SUNY Erie with a degree in Dental Hygiene and has been with us since 2019. She is also licensed in Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide Administration. Miranda takes great pride in being thorough and providing individualized care to her patients while helping them feel comfortable and at ease in the dental office. She is passionate about airway health and the oral-systemic link. Miranda is also the social media coordinator for our office.
She grew up in Wilson where she married her high school sweetheart Nick. She enjoys reading, playing volleyball, camping, and exploring all WNY has to offer. She particularly loves trying out new restaurants in the area. At the end of the day, her two cats - Ivy and Cleo - are waiting to greet her at home.
Sydney Barry, RDH
Sydney graduated from SUNY Erie with a degree in Dental Hygiene and has been with us since 2024. She is also licensed in Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide Administration. She enjoys staying up to date with all things dental and being able to provide her patients with the care and education they deserve.
Sydney grew up in Wilson. She loves camping, reading, going to country concerts with her boyfriend Charlie, and spending time outside.
Jen Stutz, RDH
Jen graduated from SUNY Erie with a degree in Dental Hygiene and has been with us since 1995. Her favorite part of being at our office for so long is getting to see families transform and grow up. Jen has a passion for teaching and has been instrumental in implementing soft tissue management systems and protocols into countless offices around North America, both as a lecturer and an in-office “dental coach” for a large dental company.
Jen is only here on Mondays and Wednesdays!
Jen grew up in North Tonawanda. We prefer to call her "Mayor of NT" because she knows most patients that walk through our doors! When not at work, you can find her golfing, cross country skiing, or spending time with her large extended family. Jen and her husband Tim have two kids, Claire and Brody, and the cutest golden retriever puppy, Finley!
Diane Hadala, RDH
Diane graduated from SUNY Erie with a degree in Dental Hygiene and has been with us since 2001. Her favorite thing about working at our office is catching up with long time patients and helping them maintain their oral health.
Diane is only here on Tuesdays!
Diane grew up in Cheektowaga and moved to East Amherst with her husband Steve to raise their two kids Will and Sophie. When not at work Diane likes to crochet, cook, and ski in Ellicottville during the winter months.
Colleen Klaes
Colleen earned her Dental Assistant Certificate from SUNY ECC and has been with us since 2010. Colleen used to be a Phlebotomist before finding her love for dentistry. As our Lead Assistant Colleen supports all clinical operations - ensuring proper flow of the doctors' schedule and oversees inventory management and maintenance of clinical equipment. Her favorite part of the day is getting to work side by side with Dr. Heppner!
Colleen grew up in North Tonawanda and resides there with her husband Dan and their four children. She is obsessed with her three dogs, Tiko, Raven, and Peanut, and has a bunny named Peter. When not at work you can find her on a cruise ship soaking up the sun.
Eileen Larson
Eileen has 35+ years of Dental Assistant experience before joining us in 2018. She works side by side with Dr. Casacci and has an infectious laugh that will help even the most anxious patient feel at ease.
Eileen dreams of the day to finally "relax" and enjoys crocheting, camping, and being a Grammy to her granddaughter Autumn.
Katelyn Patterson
Katelyn graduated from the EOC Dental Assistant program and has over 7 years of experience prior to joining us in 2022. Katelyn has past experience working for an Orthodontist and has been a huge clinical support with Dr. Bailey and Dr. Heppner's Invisalign patients. She works alongside Dr. Bailey, and if you're lucky she may start serenading you during your procedure!
When Katelyn is not at work you can find her running around after her three children Railyn, Leon, and Reggie who keep her very busy. She loves watching crime documentaries and making everyone laugh.
Alaina Bailey
Alaina graduated from the University at Buffalo in 2024 with a Master of Public Health in Health Services Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She has 7+ years of experience assisting at a pediatric dental office before she joined us in 2024. Her favorite part of dentistry is meeting new people and helping others love their smile. Alaina is striving to become a Dentist one day in the place she grew up in, Wheatfield, NY!
A few fun facts about Alaina is that her mom and sister are both Dental Hygienists. When not at the office, you may find her spending time with her family and her yorkie, Ralphy, golfing, or country line dancing!

Kelly Gatti, Office Manager
Kelly joined us in 2017 and quickly became our Office Manager with her attention to detail, ability to multitask, and desire to help patients feel comfortable at the dental office. She is a North Tonawanda native and is married to her husband Jeff. They have two perfect boys, Chase and Emmett, and is a huge Bills fan!
Stacy Davidson, Patient Care Coordinator
Stacy previously worked for us over 20 years ago and we welcomed her back with open arms in 2022. She has such a welcoming personality that people are instantly drawn to and she genuinely cares about our patients. She is a North Tonawanda native and has a son Colin who is her favorite person in the world.
Mary Beth Long, Patient Care Coordinator
Mary Beth was originally a temporary hire in 2022 but we quickly learned that the office wouldn't be the same without her! She is the first face you will meet when you walk through the doors and makes patients feel instantly at home! She is married to her husband Gary and their two golden doodles, Vito and Romeo!
