Dr. Anna Bailey, DDS, AFAAID - Co-Owner
Dr. Bailey is a proud Western New York native and a graduate of Orchard Park High School. She currently resides in Buffalo with her husband, Jon, and their daughter, Siena.
Outside the office, Dr. Bailey enjoys skiing in Ellicottville, spending time on the golf course, and making memories with her family. She is also an avid sports fan, cheering on both the Buffalo Bills and the New York Yankees.

Dr. Heather Heppner, DDS - Co-Owner
Dr. Heppner is a proud Western New York native and a graduate of Starpoint High School. She and her husband, JT, are raising four beautiful children- Maryada, Elsie, Ezra, and Jaghr.
In addition to her dental career, Dr. Heppner serves as a Lieutenant Colonel in the New York Army National Guard. She has nearly 20 years of military experience, including five years of active duty in the U.S. Army and two tours in Afghanistan. Her service reflects her strong commitment to leadership, discipline, and service—qualities she brings to her patient care every day.

Dr. Lauren White, DDS
Dr. White is a proud Western New York native and a graduate of Clarence High School. She and her husband, Greg, are raising two wonderful children and enjoy being active members of the local community.
Dr. White enjoys cooking, reading, spending time outdoors, staying active, and cherishing quality time with her family.
Dr. Kathleen Casacci, DDS, MAGD, ABOI/ID
Dr. Casacci is a proud Western New York native and a graduate of Niagara Wheatfield High School. She founded Wheatfield Family Dentistry in 1994 and dedicated her career to providing exceptional care to her patients. In 2021, she proudly transitioned the practice to Dr. Bailey and Dr. Heppner, entrusting them with the continued care of her loyal patient community.
Dr. Casacci has been married to her husband, Dan, for over 40 years. Together, they have three children—Chris, Michael, and Nicole—and are proud grandparents to five beautiful grandchildren. Outside of the office, Dr. Casacci enjoys traveling the world, spending quality time with her family, and doting on their three beloved French Bulldogs.
